It is time for another Mindful Monday! When times are tough or you feel that you have a lot on your plate, it can be hard to practice gratitude. Everything seems like it is going wrong and it is so much easier to choose to focus on the things that make you feel worse. However, whatever you focus on multiplies, so by choosing to think about things that deflate you rather than uplift you can have a negative, cumulative snowball effect.
