Welcome to Day 2 of #SelfCareFeb! One of the most important things that you can do to practice self care, in my opinion, is to incorporate a meditation practice into your daily life. February is the month that most people reserve for demonstrating how much they care about others. The store shelves are lined with chocolates, heart shaped trinkets, and beautiful bouquets of brightly hued flowers.
