#SelfCareFeb Day 2: Start a Meditation Practice

Welcome to Day 2 of #SelfCareFeb! One of the most important things that you can do to practice self care, in my opinion, is to incorporate a meditation practice into your daily life. About two years ago, I got really into meditation. I made it a point to try to meditate for at least 15 minutes a day.
